Small-Group Training
2 people: $65 per session | 3 people: $80 per session
One program for all participants
At each session, the program will be modified for each of you, and you’ll receive one-on-one assistance, form tips, advice, and answers to any other questions you have
You don’t have to be at the same fitness level as your friends—that’s what modifications are for!
Multiple bookings strongly recommended. To build a great habit and make sure our schedules don’t pass like ships in the night, I suggest booking your first 3+ sessions right away. They can be weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or whatever works for you!
BCF membership required (or you pay drop-in)

Virtual Training Membership
$70 for monthly ongoing | $90 for one month
Customized programming that fits your goals and your schedule: 2—3 strength workouts + 1 cardio workout/week
No gym? No problem! I build workouts that incorporate whatever space/equipment you have
Shared document to track your workouts (or you can send me photos of your hand-written tracking :)
Monthly video calls to touch base and discuss the next month of programming
Month-long support: send me all your questions and videos through text or email and I’ll get back to you in 48 hours!

Personal Training

Starting at $65/month
The best bang for your buck, if you’re in this for the long(er) haul!
This recurring subscription combines the strength training you need and the schedule flexibility that makes it doable.
You get:
Your choice of 1, 2, or 3 sessions/month;
A program designed for your goals and equipment/space, providing up to three strength workouts per week (optional cardio component),
Monthly updates/adjustments to your program,
Feedback via email/text/voice note on any questions you have throughout the month (maximums may apply).
The specifics:
Minimum three-month commitment.
15 days’ notice to cancel.
Monthly memberships are billed on the first of each month.
Unused sessions cannot be rolled over.
Membership can be paused for up to 3 months.

In-Person (BCF membership required): $375
Virtual: $300
Need guidance for a bit longer but maybe not forever? This package will get you set up for success but doesn’t force the issue ;).
You get:
Six 1-hour sessions,
Free 20-minute initial virtual session to figure out your goals and current movement practice,
Personalized program including up to 3 strength workouts per week,
Two updates/progressions for your program.
The Specifics:
Package can be modified to include a combination of in-person and virtual sessions.
Expires 180 days after purchase.

Virtual: $175
If you want a trainer to jumpstart your fitness dreams, after which you know you can do this on your own, this package is for you!
You get:
Three 1-hour sessions,
Free 20-minute initial virtual session to figure out your goals and current movement practice,
Personalized weekly program including up to 3 strength workouts,
One program update/progression.

Package can be modified to include a combination of in-person and virtual sessions.
Expires within 90 days of purchase.

In-Person: $90
Virtual: $70
If your schedule is up in the air or you’re not ready to fully commit, hit me up for a one-off session anytime you need a boost.
You get:
One hour of focused You Time,
A program designed for your goals and skills,
A digital record of your workout (plus your sets, reps, and weights) so you can keep that momentum going.
Keep in mind:
If we aren’t working together regularly, we’ll need to chat about your goals and workout history and do some assessment of your movement. I’ll share an intake form ahead of time to address some of this. Expect your workout itself to be 40-45 minutes.
I can’t build a progressive workout program for someone I don’t see regularly (unless we have worked together in the past). I’ll set you up with a great one-off workout, but if you have big goals, you need a consistent, targeted plan to get you there.
Alternatively, this option can be used to schedule a deep-dive discussion into how to create a program for yourself! We’ll do some assessments, really break down the kinds of exercises you’ll need and reps you’ll want to aim for, and can even plan some weight progressions for best results. It’s your hour!
If you purchase a six-session package or a monthly membership within a week of your single session, the single session will be included in your package and subtracted from the package price.
