I’m Shannon Kirk. I help humans navigate wellness in a way that works for them, with body-neutral training, all-foods-fit nutrition approaches, and supportive, collaborative coaching that builds strong foundations for lifelong health.
I’m also a content strategist, working with socially conscious small businesses to define their brand voice and share their mission and services with the wider world.
I believe everyone is capable of taking a next step—the trick is just finding the step that fits. In both my wellness and word-y work, we start where you’re at and identify the changes you’re willing, able, and ready to make. Together, we map out a road that will get you where you want to go.
